What is

Neurofeedback?

The Othmer Method of Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, is a non-invasive technique that helps the brain learn to self-regulate, and adjust itself for better physical or mental health performance.

Unlike approaches that rely on brain mapping protocols, this method is guided by symptoms and real-time responses, allowing training to be fully personalized to each Individual Psychotherapy session.

As the brain observes its own activity, it naturally begins to adjust toward better physical, emotional, and cognitive balance.

Neurofeedback is a client-accessible intervention that requires minimal active effort from the client and is appropriate for individuals from infancy through older adulthood. The intervention is delivered within compassion-informed, non-judgemntal framework and is designed to minimize triggering or distress during treatment
